Complimenting with the right particle

Just by changing particles, you can make your compliments sound even nicer.

が : neutral particle when complimenting someone for their skills/qualities.
e.g. リーダーシップがありますね。
You have good leadership skills.

は : shows a contrast or a comparison.
e.g. リーダーシップはありますね。
You have good leadership skills (but you may not have other qualities).

も : also; too; as well.
e.g. リーダーシップもありますね。
You have good leadership skills too (among other qualities).

You can even go particleless too! リーダーシップありますね。 プレゼン上手ですね。
